Billing
Start on Free, or begin Gold as a monthly subscription. You can upgrade later from Settings.
On Free, you pay £5 to send an introduction — up to 3 each calendar month (UK time). Receiving is always free.
If you cancel, Gold stays active until the end of the current billing period, then you return to Free.

Gold is £14.99/month and includes everything in Free, plus unlimited introductions with no extra fee, recommended matches with compatibility scores, priority profile placement, and seeing who viewed your profile.
Yes. You choose a plan during onboarding, and you can upgrade to Gold later from Settings. Gold is a monthly subscription billed securely through Stripe.
Yes. Manage or cancel Gold from Settings. If you cancel, Gold stays active until the end of the current billing period, then you return to Free.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Free members pay £5 when they send an introduction. Gold is a recurring monthly subscription. If a paid introduction cannot be fulfilled, that payment is refunded.
