Billing
Start on Free, or begin Gold as a monthly subscription. You can upgrade later from Settings.
On Free, you can send up to 3 introductions each calendar month (UK time). Gold includes unlimited introductions. Receiving is always free.
If you cancel, Gold stays active until the end of the current billing period, then you return to Free.

Free includes creating a profile, browsing with basic filters, Discover ranked by compatibility, family involvement, receiving introductions, video introductions, unlimited favourites, 3 free introductions per month, and the option to purchase profile boosts (£5 for 1 day or £10 for 2 days).
Gold is £14.99/month and includes everything in Free, plus unlimited introductions, recommended matches from your preferences, 1 free 24-hour profile boost every week, and seeing who viewed your profile.
A profile boost gives your profile priority placement at the top of Discover for 24 or 48 hours. Free members can purchase a 1-day boost for £5 or a 2-day boost for £10. Gold members also get 1 free 24-hour profile boost every week, which they activate when they choose. Boosts do not guarantee matches, introductions, or profile views.
Yes. You choose a plan during onboarding, and you can upgrade to Gold later from Settings. Gold is a monthly subscription billed securely through Stripe.
Yes. Manage or cancel Gold from Settings. If you cancel, Gold stays active until the end of the current billing period, then you return to Free.
